Air valves are installed at high points in pressurized pipelines where air tends to accumulate. Air release valves discharge small air pockets during operation. Air/vacuum valves release large volumes of air during filling and admit air during draining. Combination valves perform both functions in one body, ensuring complete air control throughout all operating conditions.
