Cryogenic Valve Manufacturer in USA
SVR Global is a leading Cryogenic Valve Manufacturer in USA, producing high-performance valves designed for extreme low-temperature applications such as LNG, liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, hydrogen, and helium. Our valves are manufactured in compliance with API, ASME, BS, DIN, and ISO standards, ensuring safe, reliable, and leak-tight operation at temperatures down to –196°C (–321°F).
With a dedicated manufacturing facility in the USA, we offer both cast and forged cryogenic valves, equipped with extended bonnets and tested under actual cryogenic conditions to guarantee long service life and operational safety.
Function & Working
Cryogenic valves are specifically engineered to operate in cryogenic service conditions, where standard valve materials lose toughness and become brittle. The extended bonnet design keeps stem packing at a safe distance from the cryogenic fluid, preventing ice formation and ensuring smooth operation. All valves are hydrostatically and cryogenically tested to standards such as BS 6364 and API 598, guaranteeing performance in critical LNG and industrial gas applications.
